Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: 2 October 2026

Labelreel makes videos of products for product listings and ads. This policy says what you can and can't do with it. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Products only, never people

  • Upload photos of products only: packaged goods, handmade items, food and drink, fashion items shown without a person, homeware, electronics and similar.
  • Don't upload photos that show people, including faces, bodies or hands in focus. Photos with faces are declined automatically when you upload them.
  • Labelreel has no avatars, AI presenters, models, face swaps or voice cloning, and you may not use it to create content that depicts or imitates a real person.

Your rights to the photos

  • Only upload photos you took, commissioned or otherwise have the right to use.
  • Only show products you sell, make or are authorized to promote. Don't use another company's trademark, logo or packaging in a way that suggests you are them or that they endorse you.

Honest product content

  • Don't use Labelreel to make a product look like something it isn't: different ingredients, sizes, certifications, quantities or results.
  • Don't add claims to a video that you couldn't back up in a listing, such as medical or health claims.

Not allowed

  • Content that is sexual, violent, hateful or harassing.
  • Products that are illegal where you sell them, including weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods and products that need a license you don't have.
  • Content that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights.
  • Trying to get around the face check or any other safety measure, or using automated tools to access the service without permission.

AI-generated content

Every Labelreel video carries metadata that marks it as AI-generated (C2PA content credentials). Don't remove it, and follow the AI disclosure rules of the platforms where you publish. For example, Meta labels AI-generated ads, and TikTok asks you to turn on its AI-generated content setting.

What happens if this policy is broken

We may decline a request, remove content, suspend or close an account, and, where the law requires it, report illegal content. If you think we made a mistake, email support@labelreel.com.

Reporting

If you see Labelreel content that breaks this policy, or that uses your product, brand or photo without permission, email support@labelreel.com with a link or a description, and we'll look into it.
