Terms of Service

These terms apply to Labelreel (labelreel.com), made by Özcan Zafer Ayan, an independent developer in Türkiye ("we"). Business address: [address to be added before launch]. By using Labelreel you agree to these terms.

The service

Labelreel turns photos of products into short videos for product listings and ads, using AI video models. You upload a product photo, pick a template and a platform, and download the video.

AI output can be unexpected, and results vary between attempts. We work to keep the label, logo and text of your product as they are in your photo, but we can't guarantee that every frame matches it exactly. Check each video before you publish it. Templates, models and features may change.

Labelreel is currently in early access: some features described on the site may not be available to every account yet.

Products only

Labelreel makes videos of products. It does not make videos of people. You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which among other things means:

Don't upload photos that show people. Photos with faces are declined.
Only upload photos of products you sell, make or have the right to show, and photos you have the right to use.
Don't use Labelreel to create content that is misleading about a product, infringes someone's trademark or copyright, or is otherwise illegal.

We may refuse a request, remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Your content

You keep your rights in the photos and text you upload. You let us, and the providers we use, process them only to create and deliver your videos.
You may use the videos you create on your listings, your store, social media and in ads, subject to the law and to the rights of others. We don't claim ownership of them.
Videos are generated by AI. Each video carries metadata that marks it as AI-generated. Don't remove it, and follow the AI disclosure rules of the platforms where you publish.
You're responsible for what you publish, including any claims you make about your product.

Credits

Creating a video uses credits. The cost is shown before you create it.
Credits come with plans and credit packs, and with the free videos new accounts receive.
Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged for money.
If a video fails, its credits are returned automatically.
Credits used for a video that was delivered aren't refunded, even if you don't like the result. If something went wrong, tell us and we'll look at it.
We may change credit prices for future videos.

Purchases

You can buy a monthly plan or a one-time credit pack. The price, and any tax, is shown before you pay.
Orders are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record. Its name appears on your card statement, and its terms also apply to the payment.
Plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund Policy.
If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the credits it gave may be removed from your balance.

Availability

We work to keep Labelreel available but can't guarantee it will always work without interruption. We may change or discontinue the service; if we discontinue it, we'll tell you in advance and refund unused credits from purchases.

Disclaimer and liability

Labelreel is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost sales, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
