FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is Labelreel?

A tool that turns one product photo into a short product video for your listings and ads. You upload the photo, pick a template and a platform, and download the video.

How does it keep my label readable?

Video models tend to smear small text as a product moves. Labelreel keeps camera moves gentle, starts and ends on your real photo, and puts your original label back wherever it drifted.

What marketplaces work with it?

Presets cover Etsy, Shopify, Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Google Merchant Center, and 9:16 ads for Meta and TikTok. The video is a standard MP4, so you can use it anywhere else too.

Do I need video editing skills?

No. You choose a template and a platform; length, aspect ratio and sound are set for you.

What video length do I get?

Between 5 and 15 seconds, depending on the template and the platform. Etsy, for example, gets 10 seconds without sound.

Can I use the videos for ads?

Yes. The videos are yours to use on your listings, your store and in ads. Meta and TikTok show AI-generated ads with a label, and Labelreel files carry the metadata they look for.

When will it be available?

Labelreel is in early access. Leave your email and we'll write when your account is ready.

How much will it cost?

Plans start at $19 a month, and credit packs at $10. A listing video costs 10 credits, and failed videos refund their credits. See the pricing page for details.

Can I make videos with models or people?

No. Labelreel is for products only, and photos with people in them are declined at upload.

What photo works best?

One clear photo of the product, ideally on a plain background with the label facing the camera. A phone photo is fine; a sharper photo keeps small text sharper in the video.
