Privacy Policy

Labelreel (labelreel.com) is made by Özcan Zafer Ayan, an independent developer in Türkiye ("we"). This policy explains what we handle, why, and what you can do about it.
In short
- Right now, during early access, we collect only what you type into the early access form: your email address, where you sell and, if you give it, your store link.
- When accounts open, the product photos you upload are sent to our AI video provider only to make your videos. We don't use them to train models.
- We don't sell your data and don't show ads.
Early access
What we collect. Your email address, the platform you chose and, optionally, your store link.
Why. To tell you when your account is ready and, occasionally, to ask what you'd need from Labelreel. We won't send you anything else.
How long. Until you ask us to remove it, or until early access ends and you haven't opened an account.
When you use Labelreel
Account. Your email address, your credit balance, a record of credit changes (purchases, videos, refunds) and your plan.
Product photos and text. The photos you upload and any text you add (such as a price or an offer) are sent to our server and to fal.ai, which runs the AI models, only to make your video. Photos are checked for faces when you upload them, and declined if they show people. Uploaded photos are deleted from our storage after 30 days.
Your videos. Finished videos are stored so you can download them, until you delete them or ask us to delete your data.
Purchases. Our payment provider takes the payment and acts as the seller of record; we never see your card details. It tells us your email address, country, what you bought and the order status, so we can give you credits and your plan.
Support emails. If you email us, we keep the conversation to answer you.
Website statistics. We may count page views and a few actions with PostHog (hosted in the EU). It keeps no cookies or other storage in your browser, so each visit is counted on its own.
Technical data. Our server uses your IP address briefly to limit abuse. Logs contain request IDs and error types, not your photos.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare: hosts the website and routes email sent to support@labelreel.com.
- Google (Gmail): receives the email forwarded from support@labelreel.com.
- fal.ai: runs the AI models and stores uploads and results to deliver your video.
- PostHog: counts website visits, if enabled.
- Our payment provider: processes payments as merchant of record.
They process data only to provide these services.
Your choices and rights
To see, correct or delete your data, or to leave the early access list, email support@labelreel.com. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Türkiye's KVKK), you may also have the right to object to processing or to complain to a data protection authority.
Children
Labelreel is a tool for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you by email or on the site.
